Ketovore success

Based on a lot of suggestions from the keto instagram community, I tried ketovore (read my post here) roughly a month ago and early returns are great. I have a lot of energy, my workouts are legendary (1500 calories burned this past Sunday), and the weight is really dropping. My goal is to consume 10g net carbs or less per day, some days I go over because I need to eat more, some days I don’t eat much and do fasting, but electrolytes are huge for me. I bought some Key Nutrients electrolytes and I’ve been hammering it to battle muscle aches and headaches. I’m listening to my body a lot more and I often have to force myself to eat but I always feel better when I listen to my flesh prison. Plus the whoosh happens.

I’m now down to 303 pounds, and my body composition is good, I’m gaining a lot of muscle, and as I said above, I have a lot of energy. So this is going well for me. I document about 90% of what I eat on my instagram (which you can check out here). I don’t like the idea of cutting vegetables out of my diet completely, like many carnivore proponents. I do use veggies sparingly to supplement my diet, things like radishes, spinach, asparagus, and a lot of chiles. I also supplement vitamins, I take a lot of vitamins and I usually take them every other day. I suppose I could do a rundown of vitamins I take but no one has asked me yet, so I’ll hold off.

My body is running a like a machine, and I like that, as it makes me feel like my goal is attainable.
