Sandwiches

Been making lots of sandwiches because they’re easy and fast and yummy. I usually do some sort of fasting until about 2pm then I’ve been making sandwiches out of:

  • Keto/low carb bread
  • American cheese (love love love)
  • Horseradish
  • Miracle whip/Mayo
  • Spicy brown mustard
  • Deli meat (usually ham or turkey)

They’re just easy and although I don’t like to eat keto bread every day, I got the urges and sometimes it’s best for me to satisfy those urges. I want to go to the store and put a fat slice of red onion and some arugula on this. Keeps me going during my workouts.
