My 2022 fitness summary

Much like Sp0tify Wr@pped (no free promo here bitches!) where it summarizes your music at year’s end, I dug into my 2022 fitness stats.

I found a lot to celebrate: 86+ gym workouts, monthly averages of 1100+ calories burned, good sustainable heart rate numbers, etc. So it got me thinking, wouldn’t it be cool if I could use this data to build a fitness gameplan for 2023?

The goal is to become more fit and athletic and the weight will follow but my MAIN FOCUS is getting my eating consistently on track, i’ll be using the RP diet app to track macros which I feel will give me sustainable weight loss. I also think this will improve my weight lifting overall, given the amount of daily protein recommended.

I’d like to target 900+ calorie workouts and include 15+ minutes of cardio, which will likely mean 90 minute sessions. Realistically I think I could target 100 gym visits for the year, I realized that there were several occasions I forgot my fitness watch.

I’m feeling very inspired as I head into 2023, God will continue to bless Nathan Beck and I pray I have helped others in some way and can continue doing so.

with love,

-nathan
