You can see the picture on my instagram (18+) I got these beef chuck patties on manager’s special/clearance and came home to make quick cheeseburgers.
Simple:
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
I just used my small cast iron skillet, heat it to medium high heat, seasoned both sides of my patties and cooked for about 4-5 minutes per side. I topped with a bunch of cheese, some onion, some no-sugar-added ketchup, and thinly sliced onion. I used low carb bread or low carb bagel or something, I don’t really remember but I’ve been loving those Aldi keto bagels lately.
It’s amazing what I come up with when I just aimlessly walk around the grocery store at 9pm.
