I originally wanted to title this “some thots” but ya know, broader audience wouldn’t get it. Been craving sweets something fierce lately, so I’ve been doing some discoveries. One of my best friends taught me about pan frying cut da carb flatbread into churros, which I recommend. Ghost energy drink because it was sour patch kids flavored. I got some strawberry candy flavored pre-workout. I also got these keto pecan sandies from a bakery called Freshly Baked SD, hi Stephanie! Gotta keep the sweet tooth satisfied I suppose, because the cravings hit. I’ve also been drinking a lot of La Croix.
Been cooking a lot: pizza, breakfast, chili, crock pot things, stir fry, broccoli salad. All good things but I haven’t written anything down, just kind of going with the flow. I’ve always felt that good cooks cook by taste, and that’s what I’m aspiring to be. I also baked some non keto cookies that I named dinosaur eggs because they didn’t flatten out lol. But they’re made with almond and coconut flours, honey, cinnamon, banana, and egg, and they’re tasty but made for my 4 year old. I have been posting quite a bit on my instagram with pictures of these dishes and the garden too of course.
