What now?

This may come as a shock considering my lengthy history with keto, but I have switched to macro tracking and using a fitness app to better my strength training.

Yes, i’ve heard the yells, “How dare he!?” I’ve heard the laments of the keto community, “He has abandoned us!”

I benefit from having strong counsel in my life and they have recommended a diet app that I now use. I need to get stronger, I need to increase my stamina, I need eat free from limitations.

I feel very confident with this diet so far, I hesitate to call it a diet because fitness has been a lifestyle for my last 3 years, but it’s the Rp Diet App.

Of course I have imposter syndrome with this app, every picture I see is people who are way skinnier than me. But I have to remember that even though I’ve gained some weight back, that doesn’t erase the 50 pounds I have lost, ebbs and flows right.

Fitness is for fat people too, because I don’t always want to be fat, but I never want to forget where I came from. But damn it I want to fit into 2xl clothes comfortably again! Ugh!

Small sample size but I’ve been on this new regimen for 2 weeks and I’ve already increased my cardio and strength training, and I’ve stopped the ballooning of my tummy.
