The Ingredients:
- Low carb tortillas
- Boneless skinless chicken breast
- Onions
- Bell Peppers
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cumin
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Paprika
- Chili powder
- Cayenne powder
- Olive oil
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Salsa
- Sour cream
The Method:
- Heat olive oil on medium high heat
- Cut up chicken into bite size pieces
- Season LIBERALLY with dry spices
- Cook until done (a few minutes per side, don’t overcook)
- Remove chicken, cover, and set aside
- Add more oil, then bell peppers and onions (and more seasonings)
- Cook until soft
- Enjoy with all the above fixins’
