Low carb fajitas

The Ingredients:

  • Low carb tortillas
  • Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • Onions
  • Bell Peppers
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Paprika
  • Chili powder
  • Cayenne powder
  • Olive oil
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Salsa
  • Sour cream

The Method:

  • Heat olive oil on medium high heat
  • Cut up chicken into bite size pieces
  • Season LIBERALLY with dry spices
  • Cook until done (a few minutes per side, don’t overcook)
  • Remove chicken, cover, and set aside
  • Add more oil, then bell peppers and onions (and more seasonings)
  • Cook until soft
  • Enjoy with all the above fixins’

Fajitas are easy but a lot of prep, easy to convert into low carb. Enjoy
