The ingredients:
- Sirloin steak (sliced as desired)
- Swiss cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Low carb tortillas
- mushrooms
- 1 onion
The method:
Pan seared steak, then removed it and inserted mushrooms and onions to the hot pan, cook for 5 ish minutes, season with salt and pepper, put on tortilla, eat :).
