Aka quick chims
The Ingredients:
- Half of an onion
- Handful of parsley
- Handful of cilantro
- couple teaspoons (or a Tablespoon if you’re adventurous) of minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- extra virgin olive oil
- a quarter or half packet of splenda/sugar free sweetener
- splash of white vinegar
The method:
Roughly chop the onion and add everything except the olive oil into a food processor, then start pouring olive oil while you pulse the ingredients until desired consistency. Then taste and add stuff as needed. I love topping a good protein with this, it feels fancy.
