- fresh sliced shallot
- fresh sliced garlic
- fresh sliced habanero
- a handful of green sichaun peppercorns (blitzed in pepper grinder)
- sambal
- white vinegar
- soy sauce
- fish sauce
- fresh sliced green onion
- some hot oil (i used canola)
- ground ginger
Lol, that’s it. I just put everything (except oil) in a bowl and then heated up my oil on a cast iron over high heat, then dumped it in my bowl and it sizzled and it smells heavenly. I use it on stir fry things 🙂
