The Ingredients:
- Diced white onion
- Heavy cream
- American cheese
- Tilapia filets
- Red wine vinegar
- Seasoned salt
- This random “kickin chicken” seasoning I found
- Oil
The Method:
- Defrost tilapia
- Season tilapia
- Bake in air fryer 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until flaky with a fork
- Saute onions on medium high heat (in saucepan)
- Add heavy cream, turn down heat to reduce
- Add American cheese until your heart is content
- Wait until it all melts
- Add a splash or red wine vinegar and some more seasoned salt to taste
I recently got my sweet friend Joanna’s keto cookbook and was flipping through recipes and had a craving for something fast and easy (but also indulgent). This was really yummy and I love any kind of sauce, I also love fish, so it’s a win-win right? Of course it is, because all I do is win!
