I’ve been a bad little keto boy

In regards to diet only, i’ve been eating too many carbs in the name of “self care!” I’ve still been killing it at the fitness planet.

I am not concerned however because, well, I’m tired of feeling like shit physically lol. Massive carb intakes make my bones ache! This is a good reminder that waves come and go though, carbs are temporary, keto is forever!
