Breakfast can be anything I want it to be! Sometimes I’ll do sausage, or leftover roast, or just eggs and spinach! But breakfast help me stay on track, high protein and high fat ones! A lot of the time I’ll fry up some sausage, add eggs and spinach, season everything well, add some cheese and put it all in a low carb tortilla with hot sauce and that will be my breakfast. Along with coffee of course!
I’ve also been including protein powder in my coffee and it’s seemed to help my keto gains! I’ve gone up weight in a few of my strength training exercises and it helps me not be starving once I finish a workout. I got this marshmallow flavored whey protein powder that I posted about on my instagram here and it’s delicious!
Yeah i’m still struggling but at least i’m still trying 🙂
