The Ingredients:
- Coarse sea salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic salt
- Minced garlic (in the jar)
- Worcestershire sauce (is that how you spell it?)
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Garlic salt
- Liquid smoke
- Steak sauce
I like to mix the ground beef altogether with this stuff, I often undersalt and cook a test piece before adding more. I usually season the patties after I form them with garlic salt too, depending of course. This burger seasoning is my standard.
