Carbquik fathead pizza

The Ingredients:

  • 8oz mozzarella
  • 1.5 cups Carbquik
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • various toppings (sauce, mushrooms, more mozzarella, thick cut pepperoni for me)

The Method:

Super simple but I followed their directions for white pizza on the box but used melted mozzarella instead of ricotta (fathead dough inspiration) . I mixed the carbquik and hot water together then kneaded to make a dough and then melted mozzarella in the microwave and added to dough and kneaded some more. Then I “rustically” spread it out and added my toppings before popping in the toaster oven on “air fry” at 400 degrees for about 15ish minutes or so until it got nice and brown.
