The Ingredients:
- 3 Avocados
- 1 Red onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 Lime
- 3 Jalapenos
- 1 Bunch of cilantro
- Cumin
- Chili powder
- Garlic powder
- Low carb tortillas
The Method:
- Dice red onion
- Mash avocados with red onion
- Add lime juice
- Dice jalapenos
- Mince cilantro (with stems)
- Add seasonings (it needs a lot of salt btw)
- Cut low carb tortillas into chips and air fry/toast
Pretty simple but fantastic.
