Guacamole with low carb chips

The Ingredients:

  • 3 Avocados
  • 1 Red onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Lime
  • 3 Jalapenos
  • 1 Bunch of cilantro
  • Cumin
  • Chili powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Low carb tortillas

The Method:

  • Dice red onion
  • Mash avocados with red onion
  • Add lime juice
  • Dice jalapenos
  • Mince cilantro (with stems)
  • Add seasonings (it needs a lot of salt btw)
  • Cut low carb tortillas into chips and air fry/toast

Pretty simple but fantastic.
