The premise:
Yes this is kind of a click-bait-y title but for real I’ve been super busy. At my gym you get a monthly bonus for going 5 times per month, right now I’m at 3 this month and I was in the gym parking lot this morning but didn’t go in.
Since I’ve been so busy with life happenings, I’ve decided to give myself a little grace in my gym attendance. I’m a huge proponent of exercising for many reasons, but especially for mental health. There is self care in both going and not going, it’s all about intentions. I’m still sore from my lower body workout 2 days ago however, so I’m not that far removed. 🙂
P.S. I made a bomb steak salad the other day and put it on my Insta. I didn’t really write a recipe but it comes with homemade blue cheese dressing. Ooh La La. Happy weekend!
