Today is about recovery, my son got the stomach flu on monday and then I got it on wednesday. So much puke, but we are both better now thank God.
I post on my instagram about exercise often, but i’ve been weight training consistently for roughly 5 months now and it’s made a difference in my strength and cardio and such. I started getting into the idea of bodybuilding and just ordered creatine because of some things i’ve read regarding keto gains and muscle mass.
Like most things I put into my body, it’s based off little research and skimming articles online but the consensus on reddit is creatine = good. So i’m giving it a whirl, I will try taking it every day with my morning coffee and see how it affects my body and stamina.
Continuing to tinker around with what best suits my body, because I feel really great but I want more muscle mass, at least visually. I’m impatient ok?
