Listening to my body is good!

I’m glad I don’t have to manage many injuries and the ones that I do have are minimal.

Anyway, 3 weeks ago I strained my groin/hamstring area, last week I strained my shoulder, but I was able to rehab those issues and work past them! A quick healing routine includes lowering weights on my sets and doing more cardio than weightlifting. But i’m good now!
