It’s kind of a running joke to myself but I will read something offhand about the benefit of some vitamin so I’ll go out and try it. It’s like russian roulette, I take a new vitamin and I’m like “ok let’s see how my body responds.”
I counted all my vitamins that I take and it’s extensive, but I feel like it’s a more holistic thing because I get a lot of energy after taking them. I have a sensitive gag reflex so the fish oil is difficult but that’s besides the point, I feel like I’m honoring my body when I treat it with vitamins. I don’t like taking a lot of drugs so and I’ve actually stopped taking ibuprofen and subbed it with low dose aspirin.
The fact that physically I feel good every day is an indicator that I’m doing something right. Ugh this is why I have a love/hate relationship with cheat days, I love the food but hate the way I feel after, my body is keto adapted I suppose. Plus vitamins are so cheap so I’ll keep buying them, one of my instagram friends told me turmeric is good for anti-inflammatory stuff so I’ll go get that next lol.
