Slow cooker bbq chicken

The Ingredients:

  • Boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • BBQ sauce (only about 2-3 Tablespoons)
  • Sliced jalapenos
  • Sliced onion
  • Chili powder
  • A few dashes of turmeric
  • Seasoned salt
  • Montreal steak seasoning (don’t overdo it!)

The Method:

Threw everything in the slow cooker on low for about 2-4 hours I think. I didn’t time it but I cooked it to 165 degrees when I temped it. I tore the chicken and served it as a taco on some low carb tortillas with hot sauce and cheese! I posted on my instagram so please follow me there for pictures @ketowritings.
