Spicy sichuan chile oil

  • fresh sliced shallot
  • fresh sliced garlic
  • fresh sliced habanero
  • a handful of green sichaun peppercorns (blitzed in pepper grinder)
  • sambal
  • white vinegar
  • soy sauce
  • fish sauce
  • fresh sliced green onion
  • some hot oil (i used canola)
  • ground ginger

Lol, that’s it. I just put everything (except oil) in a bowl and then heated up my oil on a cast iron over high heat, then dumped it in my bowl and it sizzled and it smells heavenly. I use it on stir fry things 🙂
