The Ingredients:
- Pre-seasoned pork roast
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili powder
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cumin
- Ghee
- A can of rotel
- Egg roll wrappers
- Green onion
- Jalapenos
- A bag of pre-shredded cabbage
- 1 egg
The Method:
- Season pork roast with dry seasonings to doctor it up
- Preheat dutch oven to medium high heat
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F or whatever
- Sear all sides of pork roast in ghee/high smoke point oil
- Add can of rotel to dutch oven
- Pop in oven for 6-8 hours until roast is shreddable but still juicy
- Remove, cool, and shred
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees
- Chop up green onion and jalapenos
- Mix everything together
- Prepare egg wash
- Fill egg roll wrappers with filling and roll according to package
- Brush top with egg wash
- Air fry for 15 minutes, flip once, and cook for 5 more minutes
- Consume
