Leftover Asian pork with rice

The Ingredients:

  • Leftover pork roast
  • Fresh garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Red chile flake
  • Asian chili crisp
  • Green onion
  • Rice

The Method:

  • Dice up leftover pork roast and marinate with soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Roast in hot oven (400 degrees +) until crispy.

  • Cut up green onion, add chili crisp to rice, then add everything in plus more sauce and toss with red chile flake
